What Conductor is
Conductor is an AI assistant for your business or personal line, with its own phone number. When someone calls that number, Conductor answers instantly, has a natural spoken conversation with the caller, finds out what they need, and then texts you a clear summary of who called and why. You never listen to voicemail or play phone tag again.
The same number is your assistant. Text it to set a reminder, add a to-do, check or move something on your calendar, remember a detail, or pass a message to someone in your contacts, and it brings back the reply. Each morning it texts you a short briefing of your day and answers when you ask for more. You can call it, too, and talk to it the way you would talk to a person.

With your permission, Conductor can also connect to your Google account for three things. Google Calendar: it reads your free/busy times and events on the calendars you choose, creates and edits the events you ask for, and books meetings with callers. Google Tasks: it keeps your to-dos in a Google Tasks list. Google Contacts: it recognizes callers and keeps your contacts in sync. Conductor uses that data only to provide those features. Your Google data is never sold, never shared for advertising, and never used to train AI models. Connecting Google is optional and you can disconnect it at any time. Apple iCloud calendars and contacts work as well.

Call transcripts, summaries and any recordings you turn on are stored with your account, along with the reminders, to-dos and facts you ask it to keep. We do not sell your personal information, and we share data only with Twilio, OpenAI and Anthropic as required to operate the service.
Yes. There are no contracts or lock-in. You can cancel a paid plan from your dashboard at any time, and you can delete your account from the dashboard. Deleting the account permanently removes its associated call data.
